Prices and availability may vary based on your region and will be disclosed before purchase. The specific payment terms are as follows:
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription any time via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Refunds are generally processed in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies. Please see the Payment & Refund Policy (Section 4) for more details.
You agree not to:
Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create or post within ICISTAFF, ICIGUEST MESSENGER, ICIBOT, ici4staff, clocktice, Guest Service, ici guest service (“User Content”). However, by posting User Content, you grant ICITECH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content within the App in accordance with these Terms.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any User Content does not infringe third-party rights. If we become aware of any violations, we reserve the right to remove the infringing content or suspend your account.
“As Is” Basis: ICISTAFF, ICIGUEST MESSENGER, ICIBOT, ici4staff, clocktice, Guest Service, ici guest service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation: ICITECH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ICISTAFF, ICIGUEST MESSENGER, ICIBOT, ici4staff, clocktice, Guest Service, ici guest service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) for use of ICISTAFF, ICIGUEST MESSENGER, ICIBOT, ici4staff, clocktice, Guest Service, ici guest service in the 6 months preceding the claim.
ICITECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if these Terms are violated or if we suspect fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your rights to use ICISTAFF, ICIGUEST MESSENGER, ICIBOT, ici4staff, clocktice, Guest Service, ici guest service will cease immediately.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, for commercial users or entities.
EU Residents: Users in the European Union may have additional consumer-protection rights under their local laws.

6.4 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, cyberattacks, or labor strikes.
6.5 Severability and Language
